Create Your Path

A career-leadership-advising blended program for innovative universities

Your facilitator, Dr. Darin Eich has developed and facilitated Create your Path and other leadership programs at universities like these for 7 years.

Are you in the general leadership center at your institution, a faculty member teaching courses,  or a leader in a specific department like orientation, residence life, career services, greek life, etc.? This program is highly reflective with our online workshop activities...and highly interactive when we get students together at the same time and place. The video above shows you what a live "Create Your Path" retreat looks like. Contact us to talk about offering a custom program for your audience and type of program.

Originally created as a blended, hybrid, or “Flip The Classroom” style program for Dartmouth College, Create Your Path teaches skills and methods focused on helping university students create unique paths that integrate the academic, professional, and personal together. In workshop videos, students are guided through step-by-step activities designed to help them gain insight about themselves and innovate for the future.

Key Features

-Build in optional kick-off or closing events, mentoring, advising, coaching, projects, presentations and more.
